THE QUESO TRADITION

For 30 years, we have been making our signature Queso Blanco according to the same recipe - simmering sliced green peppers and yellow onions in milk and slowly blending in a mix of cheeses to achieve a smooth creamy texture. We shred white cheddar in our kitchens and fold it in to give our queso the rich depth of flavor our guests enjoy.
