Online Ordering Terms
By placing an order through Escalante’s online ordering or mobile app, you confirm that all order details, location selection, and pickup or delivery times are correct before submitting. Orders are sent directly to the kitchen once placed and may not be able to be changed or cancelled. Menu availability and pricing may vary by location and are subject to change. While we take precautions, our kitchens handle common allergens, and cross-contact may occur. Delivery orders are fulfilled by third-party providers and delivery times are estimates. Refunds, credits, or remakes are handled at the restaurant’s discretion. By submitting your order, you agree to these terms.
